Method 1: How To Find Missing Contact Details on Klenty
In the Accounts section, you can find a list of prospects under each particular account.
Step 1: Filter Prospects Who Have Missing Email IDs or Phone Numbers
You can do so by setting Email Availability and/or Phone Availability to “No” using the filters.
Step 2: Update Their Contact Data
Select the bunch of prospects who are missing email addresses or phone numbers. Hit “Find Contact” to reveal their contact data.
Method 2: How To Find Missing Contact Details on Prospect IQ
Step 1: Look up Your Account
Enter your account’s name in Prospect IQ’s company filter.
Step 2: Find Your Prospect
Look for the prospect's missing contact details on Prospect IQ. Enter their name in the “Name” filter.
Step 3: Reveal Their Contact Details
Click on “Find Contact” to reveal their email addresses and contact numbers.
